Terms of Use
Last updated: 16 October 2026
By using thesevenfrontiers.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Contact: sevenfrontiers.news@gmail.com · Mail: The Seven Frontiers, 1026 Sophia Lane, Mars, PA 16046, USA.
1. What the Site is
The Seven Frontiers is an independent financial news and research publication. All content is general, impersonal information published for a broad audience on a regular schedule. It is not tailored to any person's finances, objectives or holdings.
2. No investment advice
Nothing on the Site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or crypto-asset. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and using the Site does not create an adviser-client relationship. Scores, rankings, Moat Index values and similar ratings are editorial opinions based on our published methodology. Tools such as the screener, pairs, LEAPS lessons and paper trades are educational and hypothetical. Watchlist and "since your last visit" notices report factual data changes and are never buy/sell signals. See the Disclaimer.
3. Accuracy
Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and some items are labeled sample/placeholder data. We correct errors on our corrections page. Content is provided "as is".
4. Our content and your license
Our original text, scores, summaries, methodology and charts are owned by The Seven Frontiers (the legal name of the publisher). You may read and share links and short excerpts with attribution ("The Seven Frontiers" with a link). Third-party content (news articles, videos, podcasts, logos, trademarks) belongs to its owners; we link to it and summarize it in our own words.
5. Data API, public feeds and llms.txt
- Scope of license. Any license we grant for the public JSON feeds, downloads or the Data API (free or paid) covers only our own original content: Frontier Scores, Moat Index values, our summaries, headlines and links, and our methodology outputs.
- Excluded data. No license is granted to market prices or other third-party market or vendor data, which remain subject to their providers' terms. Congressional financial-disclosure data is provided only as free public-interest news, is never included in the Data API, bulk downloads or any paid product, and may not be used for any purpose prohibited by 5 U.S.C. §13107 (including commercial purposes other than news dissemination to the general public, credit ratings, or solicitation).
- Attribution is required. Bulk or commercial use of our content requires a separate written agreement. Do not use the feeds to build a product that substitutes for the Site, and do not exceed reasonable rate limits.
- We may change, rate-limit or withdraw the feeds or API at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site, try to bypass access controls or the Pro paywall, scrape it at volumes that burden the service, or use it unlawfully.
7. Pro subscriptions
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL DISCLOSURE: Pro subscriptions renew automatically and you will be charged the then-current price for each renewal period, using your payment method on file, until you cancel. Before you buy, we show the price, billing frequency and how to cancel, and ask for your express consent to these automatic-renewal terms.
- Plans: monthly and annual. Both are billed in advance and auto-renew at the end of each period until canceled.
- Cancel anytime in your account settings or by emailing sevenfrontiers.news@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you have paid for.
- 7-day full refund for first-time subscribers: if you are a first-time subscriber and cancel within 7 days of your first purchase, you get a full refund.
- Annual plans: if you cancel within 30 days of purchase or of an annual renewal, you get a prorated refund for the unused portion.
- Monthly plans: no refunds for partial monthly periods (other than the first-time 7-day refund).
- Renewal reminders: we email annual subscribers a reminder before each annual renewal, with the renewal date, price and how to cancel.
- Price changes: we give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to your subscription, so you can cancel first.
- Refunds are also provided wherever required by applicable law.
8. Third-party links and embeds
We are not responsible for third-party sites, videos or players. Embedded media load only when you click them and are subject to their providers' terms.
9. Copyright complaints
See our DMCA / Takedown policy.
10. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided without warranties of any kind, and The Seven Frontiers is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, arising from use of the Site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or US$50 if you paid nothing). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your residence gives you a non-waivable right to sue elsewhere.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
